MANGO & PORK MAPLE BOURBON STIR-FRY

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil, divided
1 pork tenderloin, cut into strips
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Onion
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
2 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
2 tsp. Mango Chili Lime Seasoning
1 pkg. frozen Asian style stir-fry vegetables
1/2 cup Maple Bourbon Apricot Glaze (Retired)
¼ cup orange juice
1 mango, peeled and diced

Instructions

In large skillet add 2 tablespoons Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add pork and seasonings. Stir-fry until pork is no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes; remove from skillet and set aside. Add 1 tablespoon Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil and frozen vegetables to the skillet. Stir often for 6-7 minutes, until tender crisp. Return the cooked pork to the pan and add the Maple Bourbon Apricot Glaze (Retired), orange juice and diced mango, simmer and stir for 3-4 minutes. Serve over rice.
